More messing around with "photo-manipulation", I have far too much fun with it ^^; And yes, I sometimes have no idea what I'm doing... so it's mostly pot-luck.

Don't ask me how I made it... because there were a lot of steps. ^^; I should probably make a note next time :lmao:

Either way, this is a photo of my brother actually, looking out across the sea in wonderful Wales.
